Meydaan: This morning "Hossein Nilchian", Shadi Sadr's spousehas referred to Revolutionary Court and he has been told that temporary detention order has been issued for Shadi Sadr and Mahboubeh Abbasgholizadeh.
Nilichian says: "I went to the court this morning and I talked to the representative of Judiciary in 209 section in Evin Prison. He (Judiciary representative of section 209) spoke to the Security Deputy of Tehran Prosecutor and announced that temporary detention order has been issued for Shadi Sadr. Their files are in the court for further inspection. We are not expecting them to be released within one or two coming days."
Regarding the issue of converting the order, Nilchian has not received any concrete answer.
Based on Article 33 of Penal Code, temporary detention order is issued by the judge and approved by local judiciary (prosecutor) or his deputy and can be revised in the court within 10 days.
There will be a special court trial for revision and during one month the situation should be clarified for the convicted and the judge will take necessary measures in case he finds the continuation of detention to be a necessity.
The date of order for temporary detention is the same as their arrest.
